Reference
The files every repository is compared with, laid out as a repository has them. Each rule's check in src/rules.ts reads them, and its fix copies from them, so there's one copy of each. The rules say why each one is there.
The root holds what every repository has, like the editor settings, CI and the shared sections of AGENTS.md. package/ holds what only a package adds. package.json and pnpm-workspace.yaml name the versions every repository is held to. package.json holds only what the rules and pnpm new read: the shared tools, the engines and the shared scripts.
Folders
- package/
The files every package copies into its own root, unchanged: the release workflow and the config its notes are grouped by. A package is a repository whose
package.jsonisn't private, like markz, prose and sitez.
Docs
- AGENTS.md
The sections every repository's
AGENTS.mdhas, word for word. The rest of the file is the repository's own.
Code
- pnpm-workspace.yaml
pnpm 12 reads project settings from here, not from
.npmrcorpackage.json. It's a settings file, not a workspace. The same settings belong in every repository, so a change here is a change to the rules.
